This topical numbing is effective on the first pass for permanent makeup procedures including brows, eyeliner, lips, pigment removal and micro-needling, also microblading procedures, pre laser procedures, piercings, or outlining of a tattoo. Care should be taken to avoid getting any numbing into the eyes or mouth. 

Frost™ is fast and effective with quick absorption, easy to apply, and easy to clean off. Apply for 15-20 minutes before a procedure.
